Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.  Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.  

 

Insurance

Our office will work with your insurance to maximize your benefits.  We accept most  insurance and are preferred providers for several plans including Cigna, Humana, United, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta, Afflac, Principal, Aetna and Assurant.  We estimate patient co-payments which are due at the time of treatment.  Patients are responsible for treatment costs not covered by insurance. 

 

Financing

We offer a 5% courtesy discount  for payment with cash or check the day of  treatment.  For services requiring multiple visits, the balance must be paid the first visit to qualify for the 5% discount.  Patients who pay their balance the day of treatment with a credit card receive a 2.5% courtesy discount due to user fees charged by credit card companies.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Other payment arrangements can be made based on need.

Care Credit
